Limelight Entertainment was founded by Amy in October 2015. At the age of 16, Amy studied at 'Stageworks' which prepared her for auditions at top London colleges. Successfully gaining places at Urdang, Performers, Millennium, Bodyworks & Italia Conti, Amy made the decision to train for three years at the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts, otherwise know as CBBC's ‘School For Stars'. She gained a Level 6 Diploma in Professional Musical Theatre. Throughout her training, Amy played lead roles in various shows, such as, Ghost, Sister Act and Gypsy.
Amy worked as a dance teacher and vocal coach at various performing arts schools in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire, such as, Stephanie Prior School of Dance and Theatre Train. Since becoming a Mummy herself, Amy continues to teach private singing lessons three evenings a week.
Starting with just herself and one Princess, Amy has loved seeing her company grow and expand. Amy believes there is no better feeling than seeing the children faces light up when they see their favourite Princess or Superhero!
At the age of 15, Hugo stumbled upon auditions for the Hitchin Young Thespians rendition of Bugsy Malone, and it was getting the part of Bugsy that ignited his desire to act and perform.
Hugo trained at the North Hertfordshire College Centre For The Arts in Hitchin to take his newly found passion to the next level and he succeeded in completing a BTEC 1st Diploma in Acting with Distinction, and then a BTEC National Diploma in Performance with Triple Distinction.
Hugo has performed a plethora of leading roles from classical plays like Romeo and Juliet, modern musicals including the Addams Family, and even humorous pantos such as Aladdin.
With training in ‘children’s theatre’ and an eagerness to take his professional performances to new ventures, Hugo joins Limelight Entertainment to help make your child’s day a special one!
Since a young age, Ella has had a love of performing. She started taking ballet classes and then went on to learn jazz, modern and tap. Combining her love for singing, dancing and acting, Ella began performing with Rare productions, performing in Annie & Oliver to name a few.
Ready to further develop her skills and performance expereince, Ella joined Bedford Theatre Train. Ella has performed in local shows but has also had the opportunity to perform at fantastic venues, such as, the Drury Lane Theatre in London where she performed a solo. Most recently, Ella played Serena in the musical Fame. Ella is currently training at the prestigious Stella Mann studying Musical Theatre.
Ella loves making your child’s birthday a special one to remember.
Harriet discovered her passion of music and dance at the age of 3, training in all aspects of dance locally at 'Foot Steps' until aged 16, then she pursued a two year BTEC in Performing Arts course at 'Stageworks' qualifying with triple D*. Harriet continued her training and has just over one year to go before graduating from Performers College with a level 6 Professional Diploma in Musical Theatre.
Harriet has played many lead roles including: 'Polly' The Boyfriend, 'Cinderella' and 'Snow White'. Character singing included 'Belle' Beauty and the Beast and 'Dorothy' The Wizard of Oz. Harriet has performed on the main stage at Europes largest dance exhibition 'Move It' for the past three years and had the opportunity to perform at the Wembley FA and NFL Cup final directed by well know choreographers in the arts industry.
More recently Harriet has had the pleasure of being a support artist for 80's R&B/Soul singer Alexander O'Neal on a number of occasions and The Former Drifters.
Harriet enjoys fulfilling her own childhood dream by being a princess and making other children's dreams come true.
Becca has a BA Honours in Dance and Professional Practice and has had a love of performing from a very young age. Trained in Contemporary, Ballet and Modern Jazz, Becca is also self-taught in Commercial dance. This passion for the arts has led to lead roles in The Grove theatres’ production of ‘Fame’ and performances working with top choreographers at Milton Keynes Theatre.
Becca is a trained singer and has recently performed as a solo artist at the Professional Clothing Awards in the ExCel Exhibition Centre in London.
With a wealth of experience working with children Becca is currently a part of the Early Years team at a local Primary School. Extending her love of teaching, Becca also works as a Performing Arts Teacher at Bedford TheatreTrain where she encourages confidence and creativity in children aged three to six.
With a lifelong passion for all things Disney, Becca cannot wait to share her love for the movies and songs to help turn your childs’ dreams into reality!
Since the age of 4 Victoria has loved all things performing arts. This passion continued to grow as she attended a local dance school, where she completed exams in modern and jazz, and Bedford TheatreTrain.
Victoria has had lead roles in FAME, Grease as well as playing Alice in Alice in Wonderland. Victoria has been lucky enough to perform in a number of famous London venues, such as the London Palladium, the Royal Albert Hall and the O2. In 2016, she had the opportunity to sing solo in London’s Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Moreover, Victoria achieved full marks in all the performance units of Dance and Drama GCSE.
Victoria currently works in an after school care club at a local primary school, caring for children between four and ten years.
Eager to combine her experience working with children with her passion for performing arts, Victoria cannot wait to make your child’s dreams a reality and give them a truly unforgettable, magical experience.
Josh unearthed his love for performing when he joined Riverside Theatre company aged 12. During his time there, he played lead roles in ‘13! The Musical’, ‘Fame!’, ‘Our House’ and ‘Little Shop of Horrors’. He also played The Artful Dodger in the VAMPS musical production of ‘Oliver’. After completing a 2-year football apprenticeship with St Neots Town FC, Josh realised that a career in Musical Theatre was the path for him.
He was awarded a BTEC level 3 in Musical Theatre at Bedford College, achieving triple distinction, before being awarded a Trinity scholarship at Stella Mann College of Performing Arts. Josh is currently in his third year and can’t wait to graduate so he can start working professionally in the West End.
As part of Josh’s football apprenticeship, he went into local schools to run after school sports clubs for the children. This gave Josh great experience working with children having to lead a range of different activities. Josh has always wanted to have super powers so to entertain as a superhero is a dream!
Evie began dancing at the age of 5, and since then her love for performing has grown immensely. She has experience in street dance, jazz, contemporary, lyrical and musical theatre, and has completed her UDO street dance, and ISTD modern, ballet and tap exams - all of which she has obtained impressive marks in high grades.
A few years ago, Evie was introduced to the Centre for Advanced Training Scheme in London, which helped to develop her ballet, contemporary and improvisation technique. This prepared Evie for when she began her professional training at Bodywork Company, where she studies numerous genres of dance, singing and acting, and will graduate with a Level 6 Professional Diploma in Musical Theatre.
Evie has participated in many dance performances across Europe, and recently was involved in productions of Sister Act, Oklahoma, and Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, where she played the role of Vicki. Evie looks forward to starting rehearsals for her latest production, Chicago.
Evie is excited to be joining the Limelight team and can’t wait to make your child’s wishes come true!
Abigail is a singer/songwriter, dancer and actor with live TV and stage experience, playing lead roles. She has toured the UK twice with professional productions and has spent a year at sea in the mediterranean and Caribbean as an entertainer with a well known cruise liner company.
Abigail started singing at the tender age of 8. After school, she decided to pursue preforming arts. She went on to study at Stageworks Performing Arts College for two years until auditioning for top schools in London. Abigail then went on to successfully landing herself a place at the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts and trained for a further three years, eventually graduating with a level 6 Diploma.
Abigail has recently joined the Limelight Entertainment team. Being a Disney lover herself, Abi is excited to become a beautiful princess and make your child's special day a memorable one!
Jasmine has been performing since she was young girl and has always adored it. She found her love whilst attending dance classes throughout her childhood, and then going on to do further musical theatre classes. She is in the process of doing her GCSEs this year, but hopes to pursue a career in performing arts after school.
She has played roles like ‘Mary Poppins’ in Mary Poppins, and ‘The Artful Dodger’ in Oliver - these roles taught her that she loves nothing more than simply putting smiles on people’s faces! She is very excited to add some magic to your child’s special day.
Molly recently graduated from Stageworks College on their Professional Performer course, where she studied all things Musical Theatre. She loves to sing show tunes and anything Disney.
Mollys favourite Princess has to be Snow White, but Anna is a close second because they both share a love for chocolate! She’s also an assistant Cub Leader with 1st St Neots Cubs, so has lots of experience working with children of all ages.
Molly’s dream is to perform on stage every night. Her favourite part of working for Limelight is getting to give the children and unforgettable experience, and making one of their many dreams come true.
Jessica has always had a strong passion for performing which began when she started taking ballet and gymnastics classes. Jessicas gymnastics skills improved massively and she began to compete in county and regional competitions.
Throughout her school years, Jess performed in several productions and dance competitions. Jessicas skills as a gymnast enabled her to be able to qualify as a level two acrobatic coach, helping children to gain confidence and further develop their skills
This year Jessica has started University and is studying Dance in the hope to become a Dance teacher.
Jessica loves creating special memories at parties and events and hopes to make many dreams come true.
