How do I book?
To book your desired package, you can contact Amy at Limelight Entertainment by phone, email or via our enquiry form on our website. Once all details have been confirmed, Amy will send a booking form and a deposit is required. We will take a deposit via bank transfer, paypal or cheque. The remaining balance is to be paid no later than one week before your booking.
Is my deposit refundable?
Your deposit will be non-refunadable. However, we will do our utmost to reschedule your party where applicable.
What areas do you cover?
We cover Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire & Essex. For venues over a 20 mile radius of St Neots, there will be a charge of 30p per mile.
Do you only do parties?
No, we are also available for events whether it be entertaining children at a wedding or posing for photographs at a summer fete!
How many guests are allowed to the parties?
Our prices are based on 15 children - maximum 20 guests for 1 entertainer, maximum 35 guests for 2 entertainers.
Can boys come to your Princess Packages?
Of course boys are welcome! We provide different party bags for boys and girls so just let us know before hand so we can plan accordingly.
What do your parties involve?
We have a variety of different options which can be found on our Party pages. If there is nothing on these pages that suits your requirements, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do everything we can to create the perfect party package for you.
Are you able to book the venue for me?
We are unable to book the venue for your parties but please contact us if you need any advice and we will be happy to help. Community centres, church halls and even your own home can be popular - as long as there is space for lots of dancing and games!
How early should I book a party?
We recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance to ensure you get your desired date. Weekends tend to get booked up really quickly.
How can I prepare for my booking?
Your party entertainer will arrive approximately 10 minutes before the start of the party so they can set up the music and games. For the party, it is important that there is enough room for lots of games and dancing. We kindly ask that you could set up an area with a plug socket and a small table for the music player.
How do I become a Princess or Superhero?
